History of the Temperance Card
Aside from numbering, the Temperance card has remained relatively constant throughout history. And that's no surprise, considering its message. In the Thoth deck, Temperance card is called 'Art.' In some cases, the person depicted on the card isn't an angel. The theme of balance, however, remains unchanged.
